Welcome to Axios Fitness

 

Axios Fitness is for athletes who are prepared to make a serious commitment to build strength, endurance and improve athletic performance. Hockey, Soccer, Basketball, Triathlon, Track and Field, etc., we will work together to continuously grow, pushing ourselves to new highs and personal best performances. The result will be an increase in muscle mass, increased strength, improved aerobic capacity, improved anaerobic conditioning, lower body fat, and an increase in range of motion. We will teach the body to move and perform to achieve excellence.

 

Axios Fitness will provide Sport Specific Strength and Conditioning programs that are well defined with clear goals that will challenge you each and every workout.  These programs will be designed to build a solid fitness base and progress to develop sport specific movements leading to improved performance on the playing field.
